RECIPES食材準備
1. 洗乾净的土豆 Clean fresh POTATO
2. 黃油 Butter
3. 奶油芝士 Cream Cheese

4. 蒜頭 Carlic
5. 牛奶 Milk

1. 把切土豆切成塊狀倒入盛滿水的鍋中
1. Cut the cut potatoes into chunks and pour into a pot filled with water
2. 在加熱土豆和水時同時加入適量的鹽和蒜末
2. Add appropriate amount of salt and minced garlic while heating potatoes and water
3.水開燉15分鐘后,把水清空,晾乾土豆
3. After boiling the water and simmering for 15 minutes, empty the water and dry the potatoes
4.把牛奶和黃油煮開混合好
4. Boil the milk and butter and mix well
5.把混合好的黃油牛奶和奶油芝士倒入土豆中用叉子攪拌壓爛成泥狀。
5. Pour the mixed butter milk and cream cheese into the potatoes, stir and mash them with a fork.
6. 撒上葱花或香菜末
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion or coriander
